Maria Antoinetta Berriozabal was the first Hispanic woman to serve in San Antonio’s City Council  Her ten year tenure addressed multiple issues affecting San Antonio’s quality of life.  The Papers, donated to Our Lady of the Lake University comprise 90 cubic feet and at least one third have been processed in detail.  The 65 page container list provides the arrangement of the collection that deals primarily with City Council Agendas and Minutes.  The remaining portion of the collection is broadly processed and is accessible to researchers.
