Get It 4 Me is a document delivery service provided by the OLLU Library to support your studies. If you are an online or distantce education student, you have access to books and article from print journals located at the San Antonio campus library. We will ship the books to your home and enclose a pre-paid postage label with your materials so you will not have to pay for postage when returning your books. Online and distance students can also check out print books for a period of one month with one renewal. Articles from our collection are scanned and will be delivered to you electronically.
You can also requests materials that are not held by the OLLU Library but available at other libraries by using Get It 4 Me. For example, if you need a book not owned by the OLLU Library, it can be borrowed from another library and sent to your home. Also, if you need an article that is not available at the OLLU Library, you can request an electronic copy through ILL. There is no cost for this service.

Need to know the status of your requests? You can log into Get It For Me to get an update. Here are a few definitions to some messages you may encounter when dealing with our Get It 4 Me service:
Request Sent - Your request has been sent by us to other libraries
Customer Notified via E-Mail - The book you requested has arrived. Check your email for a message.
Request in Processing - The Library staff is processing your request
Awaiting Copyright Clearance - Your article request has been receievd by our staff
Delivered to Web - The article you requested has arrived. Log into Get It 4 Me to download your article.
Cancelled by ILL Staff - There were currently no libraries that were willing or able to fill your request. please resubmitt your request.
